THE REMIX

AI is reshaping work. The big questions are ethics and safety.

Join Hilary Cinis (AI Strategy Director, Ethics, Risk & Data Quality, Salesforce ANZ) and Joël Kalmanowicz (Director, Trust & Safety Product, Operations & Policy, Canva) for short talks and a grounded conversation on keeping AI safe, responsible, and human with a good balance of leadership and implementation planning..

What we will cover
  • How AI changes work and why leadership still matters
  • Ethics and responsive AI in practice
  • When to automate vs keeping a human in the loop
  • Safety, accountability, and trust at scale
  • Common pitfalls moving from pilot to production
Workshop interactive session

After the conversation, stay for an applied lab led by Matt Kendall and Elliot Costello.
In this hands-on workshop, we'll collectively try to make sense of the AI phase-shift we're hurtling into.

Discover where you and others stand on the AI spectrum, and explore generative near-future scenarios through mixed perspectives. Drawing on social media’s cautionary tale, we'll explore how we can help ensure human intelligence and judgment remain irreplaceable in shaping AI’s impact.

Facilitated by Elliot Costello and Matt Kendall of AWARE Ai.

How the session will run
  • Part 1: Conversation and Q&A with Hilary and Joël
  • Part 2: Applied Lab with Matt Kendall and Elliot Costello

Limited seats. Real conversation plus hands-on work. No hype.
