THE REMIX

AI is reshaping work, and the big questions are ethics and safety.
Join Hilary Cinis (Salesforce) and Joël Kalmanowicz (Canva) for an intimate evening of short talks and conversation on how we build AI that stays safe, responsible, and human.

Hilary and Joël will each share insights from their work leading ethics, safety, and policy design inside two of Australia’s most innovative tech companies, before opening the floor for a moderated Q&A and group discussion.

Some of what we will explore

  • How AI changes work and why leadership still matters
  • Ethics and Responsive AI in practice
  • Evaluating claims and choosing when to automate vs keep a person involved
  • Safety, accountability and trust at scale
  • Common pitfalls moving from pilot to production

This session is part of the continuing conversation sparked by The Signal Summit — exploring how we adapt, lead, and stay human as AI becomes part of everyday work.

Limited seats available for an open, real conversation with Hilary and Joël.
